The Process
Gerber Accumark was utilized to construct the pattern pieces for both the pullover and the pants. As the design process continued into 3D, the patterns needed to be adjusted to fit the customized avatar.
The process ultimately allowed me to gain a better grasp of digital pattern making both through Gerber Accumark and Optitex. By checking how the pieces draped on a body, I could make changes to better fit the model both stylistically and for comfort.
